Scope of Work:
Erected provided two span prefabricated steel box truss bridges and three supporting towers during road closure. Bridge spans were approximately 85’ and 140’ being placed between two occupied buildings that make up part of the Moffitt Cancer Center. The bridges were painted structures that received HVAC and glazing providing safer access for building patrons in place of crossing the roadway. Bridges were fabricated by Continental Bridge. The erection took place at night with a road closure and went into place according to schedule even with several shut downs due to lightening in the area.
